Sell across the border, ship domestically

Put a small batch of stock in the country you sell to. Someone there packs your orders and drops them off, so your parcel goes out as a domestic shipment instead of crossing a border. Available from 8 countries.

The portal is in English. Sign up with just your email address — no contract, no minimum.

  • No onboarding — start today
  • No contract, stop any time
  • Live in 8 countries
  • Identity-checked
  • Your stock stays yours — start with one box
  • Lost in transit? Claim through the carrier
  • How that works

What this replaces

  • Domestic delivery times

Your customer waits for a domestic parcel, not for a shipment that has to cross a border first.

  • No customs

Inside that country it is ordinary domestic post: no customs declaration, no clearance.

  • Peer-to-peer network

Senders in that country do the work, you run your orders from one portal.

Domestic delivery times today

Straight from our rate card, refreshed every night. A country without a published transit time shows none.

What is different here

No minimum

From one order a month, quiet months included.

No storage costs

You pay per shipment, so stock that sits still costs nothing.

No contract

Stop whenever you want, with no notice period.

Start with a test batch

Send one box of your bestsellers — twenty or so — and see how it goes.

  • No contract, no notice period, no minimum
  • Not working out? You ask for your stock back

Whoever holds your stock is verified

A sender only receives stock and picks up orders once two checks are done: identity and a payout account in their own name.

In transit the carrier is liable and we file the claim. Stock at your sender’s is not insured — hence the test batch.

How it works

  1. Find a senderFilter by price and size. Everyone is identity-checked, with reviews alongside.
  2. Send your stockThe test batch you read about above: your products and your own packaging.
  3. Set your orders upIn the chat, with the address and the size. To one sender, or to all of your senders at once.
  4. We handle the labelWe look for the cheapest rate within the service level you choose.
  5. Track the shipmentTracking comes in for both of you, in the same conversation.

Smart sending distribution

Frequently asked questions

Who carries the risk on my stock?

You choose who you trust with your stock. AirPost verifies every sender’s identity and shows reviews from other shops, but we do not take your stock into safekeeping and we are not a party to what you agree between you.

Is my stock insured while it is with a sender?

No. Verification and your own stock records lower the risk; they do not insure the goods. Make the first batch small enough that you could afford to lose it, and check whether your business insurance covers stock held outside your premises.

What if things go wrong with a sender?

You report it in the conversation; support can then freeze their account and balance. You block the partnership yourself, ask for your stock back (returned within 14 days) and leave a review; an order that stalls you cancel and set up with someone else. If stock does not come back, that is embezzlement: you file a police report and we share the sender’s verified identity and address. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we file the claim with the carrier.

What appears as the sender on the parcel?

Your shop’s name, with your sender’s address underneath — that is where the parcel is, and where it comes back to if it cannot be delivered. Your customer does not see your sender anywhere else.

What does it cost?

The shipping cost of the label plus the fee you agree with your sender — €1.50 to €5.50 per parcel, depending on the size. No subscription, no storage costs.

Can I ship internationally?

Yes. Shipments within the EU run through the same carriers. Outside the EU we fill in the customs declaration together.

Does this work with Shopify or Amazon?

Shopify: yes, through the Airpost Order Link app. Paid orders reach your sender automatically and the tracking code goes back to your store. Amazon, bol and WooCommerce come next; until then you set those orders up in the chat.

More about the Shopify app
What if my sender is ill?

You can work with several senders at once. If one drops out, the rest carry on.

Can I send one order to several senders at once?

Yes. Open the order up to everyone who can handle it; whoever responds first ships it, and the rest see straight away that it has gone. They only see an address once they pick the order up.
