Our story
AirPost started in the Netherlands and went live in 2026. The idea for peer-to-peer fulfilment came up because nobody offered it as a service and we had the capacity to run it.
Shipping is the part of a shop that costs the most time and the most money. Without a warehouse of your own you pay the highest rate and spend your evenings packing boxes.
We saw plenty of people who want flexible hours and have space to spare: a spot indoors, a shed. Enough to get parcels ready for a shop.
The company started in the Netherlands and opened to the public in 2026, first with a handful of shops and senders who already knew each other. The rule was the same then as now: you see the rate before anything is ordered, and you pick who holds your stock.
AirPost is still new, and you notice it in the support: send a message and you get a quick reply from someone who builds the platform. Meanwhile we add new features every week and keep expanding the platform step by step.
We work closely with international carriers. That link runs through established shipping partners, which is how someone here ships at business rates from their very first parcel.

Our team
Small and growing
Behind AirPost is a small team that grows along with the network.
We run support ourselves: quick answers to your questions, and we settle claims on an order.
