No. No money down, no subscription, no notice period, no surveys or click work and no fixed hours — you switch on and off. The packaging comes from the shop and the shop pays for the label. Only when you pay yourself out do we withhold 3%. We charge nothing else, unless you ship on your own carrier contract: then €0.85 per order.

You set your rate per size and how much you can handle a week and add your bank account. Then your profile sits in the list shops search. You will get a notification as soon as a shop asks you to work together or an order is waiting for you. The first time by email too, and after that by email if you have no push notifications or have been away for a few days. If a shop asks for an ID check, you do it with a selfie. Not in the mood or short on time? Then you skip a request — and if you are away for a week, you set your account to inactive.

From the shop. A shop messages you, or you message them, and you agree in the chat what will be sent. The shop then sends a box of products and packaging to your home. When an order comes in, you accept it, print the label, pack it and drop it off. The stock stays the shop’s; if they ask for it back, you return it within 14 days.

Yes, it is legal: you do work for a shop and get paid per parcel for it. That is income. Whether you need to register depends on your country and on how regularly and how much you earn: in most EU countries occasional income goes in your tax return, while regular work can mean registering as self-employed. You get a yearly overview from us with everything you have earned. We do not give tax advice; if in doubt, check with your own tax authority.

Delivery is the carrier’s responsibility; we help you file a claim. Your fee hangs on the scan at drop-off and not on delivery: once the parcel is scanned, you have earned it. If stock is lost or damaged during storage, the sender is liable to the seller unless the sender proves that it happened through no fault of their own. AirPost does not insure the stock and is not a party to that compensation.

Nobody through AirPost. The stock remains the shop’s property and we do not take anything into custody, so we do not insure it either. Fire, water or theft at your home is an arrangement between you and the shop: the shop checks whether its business insurance covers stock off its premises, and you can take out cover for third-party goods yourself and mention it on your profile. In transit the carrier is liable; we file that claim.

The shop. Boxes, tape and packing slips come along with the stock, or you agree in the chat that you buy them. You take returns if you switch on ‘Accept returns’ and set a price per return. When a return comes in, you report it in the conversation with five photos; the parcel stays with you until the shop accepts and says what should happen to it. Your return price then goes into your balance; you can withdraw it after 14 days. Anything that cannot be delivered usually comes back to your address: it is on the label as the sender.

You agree that with the shop; most want an order out the door the next working day. You state yourself how much you can handle a week and on which days you drop off, and the shop sees that before choosing you. If it does not fit for a while, you skip an order or set your account to inactive.

A few minutes per parcel: we work with 3.5 minutes plus one trip to the parcel shop a week, and that assumption is shown under the calculator. Room: one shelf or a corner of the spare room is enough, because we focus on letterbox parcels and small parcels. The shop sends the packaging along with the stock.

Your balance grows as soon as a parcel is dropped off. You pay yourself out whenever you want, from €10.00; a fee can be withdrawn three days after the first carrier scan and on the payout we withhold 3%. The stock remains the shop’s property: if it wants it back, you send it back within 14 days. Shops never see your full address in AirPost, only your town and the start of your postcode; it goes on your labels as the sender, and for stock you share it yourself in the chat.

Yes. At larger volumes the courier collects from you: where possible we book it automatically, otherwise support arranges it, and you see the cost and the minimum up front. If you have your own contract with a carrier, support activates it for you; after that we charge €0.85 per order. You set how much you can handle, up to 5,000 parcels a day.
