Do I pay a subscription or minimum?
No. You only pay per parcel you send.
When do I pay?
Per label, from your AirPost balance. From it we pay the carrier and the sender.
How much does the sender get?
Each sender sets one price per size, the same for every shop. Usually between €1.00 and €6.00 per parcel. Too high? Message the sender — they can lower it.
Does cancelling cost anything?
That depends on the label and carrier. You see the amount before you cancel; the rest goes back to your balance.
I already have my own carrier contract.
