How much to send a parcel to Spain? 5 kg and 10 kg prices

Choose the origin, weigh the packed parcel and measure the box before comparing prices. The table uses the same small and medium parcel limits for each route; check the delivery form as well, because a pickup-point label is not a home-delivery label.

How much does it cost to send a parcel to Spain in 2026? #

We priced a small parcel (up to 5 kg, 35 × 25 × 15 cm) and a medium parcel (up to 10 kg, 45 × 35 × 30 cm) to Spain from five countries on our shipping options page, on 6 October 2026. Each cell is the cheapest service listed for that lane. Prices include our €0.85 platform fee; UK prices are in pounds, as a UK sender pays them.

Parcel to Spain from the Netherlands, Germany, France and Italy #

From the Netherlands

From the Netherlands, UPS Access Point was the cheapest small-parcel option at €15.15 on 6 October 2026; UPS home delivery was €15.59. Medium parcels cost €20.00 to an Access Point and €21.34 to the door. PostNL Parcel EU was €16.53 for a small parcel and €20.94 for a medium parcel.

From Germany

From Germany, UPS Access Point cost €13.10 for a small parcel and €15.10 for a medium parcel on 6 October 2026. Its home-delivery options were €14.60 and €17.10. Choose the actual service and destination before treating a parcel-shop price as a home-delivery quote.

From France

France has the advantage of a pickup network that runs across the border. Mondial Relay’s locker service cost €11.03 for a small parcel and its point service €13.59 for a medium one. Chronopost’s 2Shop Europe was €12.25 for a small parcel.

From Italy

Italy was the cheapest origin by far: InPost locker to locker cost €8.69 for both sizes. Locker compartments have size limits, so this works for flat and compact goods. For a box that does not fit a locker, the cheapest door service was BRT/DPD at €13.54.

Shipping to Spain from the UK: what changes #

From the UK, the measured cheapest labels were Evri Europe at approximately £15.71 for a small parcel and £18.01 for a medium parcel on 6 October 2026, with 10 working days stated. These are displayed pound equivalents of the rate card, not a promise that the exchange rate will stay fixed. Import charges can come on top of the label.

• Import VAT on everything. The EU removed the €22 exemption, so all imported goods are subject to VAT. For consignments up to €150 you can collect it at checkout and pay it through the Import One Stop Shop (IOSS); otherwise the customer pays it on delivery.
• Possibly a €3 customs duty per item type. Since 1 July 2026 the EU charges a temporary €3 duty on low-value parcels worth up to €150 imported from outside the EU, per tariff classification in the parcel, declared and paid by the seller or importer. Under the Commission’s guidance it applies to all IOSS imports; goods of UK preferential origin declared without IOSS can fall outside it.
• A customs declaration. Every parcel needs one, and the carrier will ask for the goods description, value and tariff code.

Shipping within Spain: what a domestic parcel costs #

The Correos gap between post office and door was only €0.37 for a small parcel, so in Spain the door is not the luxury it is in France. If speed matters, SEUR and DHL delivered the next working day for €1.38 to €2.87 more than Correos. Which default fits Spanish customers is covered in pickup point vs home delivery in Europe.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla #

The Canary Islands are part of the EU customs territory but not of the EU VAT area; Ceuta and Melilla are outside both. For a shop that means a parcel to Tenerife or Melilla is not a normal EU delivery, even when it leaves from Madrid: expect customs paperwork and a different tax treatment from the rest of Spain. Decide in advance whether you exclude these addresses at checkout or price them separately.

What is the cheapest way to send a parcel to Spain? #

1. Use a pickup point or locker where the lane has one. On three of the five lanes, the cheapest service was a point or locker.
2. Compare carriers per lane. The cheapest carrier into Spain was different from each origin: InPost from Italy, Mondial Relay from France, UPS from Germany and the Netherlands, Evri from the UK.
3. Ship from inside Spain. A domestic Correos parcel was the cheapest option of all.

Domestic labels need stock in Spain. If another person packs the order, add the fee you agree with them; €2.25 is the suggested small-parcel fee, not part of the label prices in the table.
